About the Client:

Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee daily office operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.
* Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary.
* Coordinate with IT department on all office equipment.
* Ensure the office is clean, organised, and well-maintained.
* Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and preparing reports.
* Assist in the onboarding process for new hires.
* Liaise with facility management vendors, including cleaning, catering, and security services.
* Plan in-house or off-site activities, like parties, celebrations, and conferences.
Requirements:
* Proven experience as an Office Manager or in a similar administrative role.
* Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
* Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Outlook, in particular).
* Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks.
* Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
* A proactive approach to work and the ability to work independently.
