The role will drive delivery and performance management for customer sales and retention. You'll be responsible for telling clear performance stories to senior stakeholders on a weekly basis, providing a clear view of what's happened, why it happened and recommending what we need to do about it.
You will drive activities across the business to ensure we're presenting the right tariffs, campaigns and offers to the right groups of customers at the right times.
You'll interrogate data and insight to understand our customers, evaluate behaviour, key drivers of churn and develop customer focused offers - working with stakeholders across the business to take them to market, track them and ensure they deliver profitable growth.
Performance management and change at pace are key, so you'll be responsible for tracking and evaluating performance - in both customer and commercial outcomes - to suggest changes, things we can test to deliver continuous improvement and to understand what is and isn't working for our customers.
Here's a taste of what you'll be doing:
* Act as day-to-day sales and retention expert to support the delivery of the commercial strategy and to ensure the business and customer benefits for each initiative are effectively communicated to all appropriate stakeholders.
* Performance management of the business - track of commercial/financial outcomes and drive a culture of continuous improvement.
* Make the performance story clear for senior leadership - making clear impacts and risks to customer numbers and margin delivery.
* Understand our customers and the root cause of performance, to ensure each team in E.ON Next is aligned as to how they can deliver business and customer outcomes.
* Be externally focused, continuously reviewing activity in the competitive marketplace and refining our sales and retention strategy in light of market change.
* Manage a program of change - coordinating stakeholders across the business, driving delivery and supporting prioritisation of activity.
Are we the perfect match?
* Evidence of regularly presenting performance stories to exec level stakeholders.
* Highly competent in analytics and able to collate, develop and interrogate insight, to make recommendations on how we might improve customer sales and churn.
* Evidence of owning and delivering projects, experiences, offers or propositions by coordinating stakeholders from across the business.
* Proven ability to understand financial impacts of performance & develop business cases to describe opportunities simply, with outcomes made clear.
* Evidence of customer focus, understanding the customer lifecycle and impacts on experience and churn.
