Work Environment:
* Monday to Thursday: Based in the office in White City, London.
* Friday: Work from home, offering flexibility and balance.
What’s on Offer:
* Salary: £33,000 to £36,000 per year.
* Bonus: Up to 25% of annual salary, based on performance.

What You’ll Do:
* Oversee the implementation and delivery of corporate events, ensuring every detail is meticulously managed.
* Collaborate with corporate clients to meet and exceed their expectations.
* Identify and implement improvements to processes and policies.
* Achieve and surpass targets through strategic planning and execution.
* Build strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and internal teams.
1. What We’re Looking For:
* Essential Experience:
* Proven experience working within corporate events.
* A background in conferencing, event management, or corporate hospitality.
* Success in a fast-paced environment such as a conference booking office, call centre, or event management company.
* Demonstrated ability to meet targets and deliver results.
* Excellent phone manner and a professional, approachable attitude.
* Desirable Experience:
* Hotel or conference venue operations.
* Strong skills in Excel and familiarity with HubSpot.
Key Skills:
* Planning & Organising: Highly organised and efficient in managing time and resources.
* Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with an engaging and professional telephone manner.
* IT Proficiency: Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
