Our client seeks a Temporary Receptionist to join their team.
You will assist in the provision of efficient and effective support services for all stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
1. Greet and assist students, visitors and staff in a friendly and professional manner.
2. Manage the visitor sign-in process and issue visitor lanyards. Point out Health and Safety notice/Fire procedures.
3. Update and maintain the visitor spreadsheet.
4. Oversee visitor access in accordance with safeguarding and visitor's policy and guidelines.
5. Direct visitors to appropriate personnel or locations.
6. Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and welcoming.
7. Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and transfer calls to the appropriate departments.
8. Maintain email/Teams' communications for the front office with reference to stakeholders.
9. Assist in the collection of monies and issuing of receipts. Accept cash payments.
10. Any other duties to support other Admin personnel as instructed by Line Manager and Senior Team.
11. Ensure that individuals are signed in and out of the building when necessary.
12. Handle basic requests, such as delivering messages, calling individuals or printing timetables.
