Premier Work Support are working on behalf of their client in the Basildon area who are looking for a permanent Operations Administrator.
Responsibilities include:
* Booking and handling European Groupage and express consignments, Invoicing for the department in a timely manner.
* Negotiating with suppliers for competitive prices.
* Daily management of the Road Freight daily profit spreadsheet.
* Liaise with accounts department with any sales/cost queries.
* Assisting the department in development of the department and Company as a whole.
* Liaising with our overseas / UK agents.
* Customer Service - using email and telephone calls as required.
* Updating customer portals in a timely manner.
* Working with the Management, Sales team & Directors to maximize the profits for both department and Company as a whole.
Requirements:

Working Hours:
* 09.00 - 17.30 depending on needs of business you may be required to work over these hours
* Monday to Friday
* 1 hour lunch
