Our client, a specialist in end-to-end fleet electrification, helping organizations achieve their carbon reduction ambitions through integrated solutions across vehicles, charging infrastructure, and power is currently looking to hire a Commercial Director. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing the commercial strategy for the local market and delivering the related P&L to accelerate growth.
The Commercial Director will:
Develop a pipeline of future opportunities and own the delivery of it.
Monitor and develop winning responses to tender processes (public and private)
Establish relationships and perform negotiation with customers from different sizes.
Identify opportunities to expand the business through acquisitions, partnerships and new sectors.
Develop the organisation’s local market strategy, defining focus sectors.
The Commercial Director will have:
Minimum of 10 years of experience in sales and business development within the country.
Strong negotiation, account management, and leadership skills.
Proven experience in new market and client prospection.
Knowledge on renewable energy, solar, battery storage, EV charging, and related projects will be a differential.
Proficiency in both English & local language is a must.
A strong network in fleet.
Proven ability to secure new business opportunities and open doors.
