About The Job
Bene Studio are looking for an Agency Producer to cover an array of disciplines including Photography, Styling and Direction.
This person will be primarily responsible for the day-to-day handling of all production needs for Agency Artists.
Bene is a tight-knit team and are looking for someone who shares the same vision, passion and drive for the work, and will embrace the challenge of growing alongside this fast expanding business.
Agent Support
* Help agents to liaise with clients and artists on all project related information, including creative calls, schedules, travel arrangements and logistics (air/ground transport, lodging).
* Support agents on calendars, contracts, fee/usage negotiations, deliverables, artist portfolios and artist visas when applicable.
* Manage artist’s calendar, shoot/travel schedules, contacts, usage details and uploading.
* Draft fee agreements.
* Track collections (advance & final for fee + expenses) and ensure accuracy and timely send/receipt of invoices sent to clients.
* Oversee accounting artist invoices and accounting artist job sheets.
* Maintain working knowledge of clients, creatives and production vendors within industry to support the agent in sales and outreach efforts.
* Produce all editorial jobs and any other projects (across print and film) assigned; responsibility including negotiations, team optioning, coordination production information with artists and clients.
* Is responsible for production estimates on all assigned jobs including meeting client budgets, insuring agency margins, managing payments, handling travel for artist and teams.
* Oversee and manage post production for projects assigned.
Qualifications
* 3+ years of experience as a Producer for Creative Agencies, brands or talents' agencies. With strong skills in pre-production through to post-production (including but not limited to: coordination, scheduling, on-site job handling, budgeting, liaising with stakeholders, client and artist relations, performance analysis).
* Highly organised and capable individual who is able to work independently, has a great deal of initiative, can work to tight deadlines and can manage multiple projects at the same time.
* Strong equipment knowledge (camera gear, set props, lighting etc.), and location organisation (permits, hire).
* Great interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal). Capable of liaising respectfully and confidently with creatives, clients and stakeholders.
* Confident at using Google Suite software for financial purposes. Including utilising Google Sheets/Excel to create budgets, and control costs and revenues.
* Self-motivated, hardworking and positive team member, who is happy to wear many hats across the company, and assist where needed to support Bene Studio Directors.
* Previous experience in a similar role, and is confident in leading a team, and setting up processes to maximise efficiency.
* An innovative problem-solver and someone who can work well in high-pressure and fast-paced environments.
