Window Supply Company manufactures and supplies uPVC windows and doors to trade. Established in March 2019, the company has quickly become the largest window and door fabricating company in Scotland and one of the largest in the UK. The head office and manufacturing facility are based in Scotland’s central belt in Whitburn, West Lothian, with trade counters in multiple locations across the UK. The company prides itself on delivering the most advanced energy-efficient windows in the uPVC market alongside exceptional customer service. Due to ambitious and exciting growth plans, the company is expanding their trade counter network and has an opportunity for a Branch Manager to manage and continue to grow the Manchester branch.
The main purpose of this role is to lead a team of branch assistants to ensure trade customers receive unbeatable service and support. Your focus will be on building relationships with both existing and new customers, processing quotations and orders, showcasing our product range as well as the added extras we offer to ensure trade customers benefit from a seamless installation and profit every time.
Key responsibilities include:
* Experience in the windows and doors trade sector is desirable but not essential as full training will be provided.
* Previous leadership or team management experience with the ability to motivate your team.
* First-class people skills – the ability to connect with trade customers and resolve any issues that arise.
* Sales-driven, commercial approach with a drive to help trade customers grow their business and your branch (supporting materials provided).
* Hands-on approach to support all aspects required to run branch operations.
* Confident IT user with experience in MS Office.
* Comply with all relevant company health, safety, and environmental policies and appropriate risk assessments.

Schedule: Mon – Fri: 8am – 5pm (4pm Friday)
