We are seeking a Customer-facing Solution Architect who will work closely with customers, sales staff, and delivery teams to create comprehensive solutions addressing customer needs. These solutions encompass processes, services, and technical aspects, ensuring a holistic approach to problem-solving. The role involves leading solution design and implementation across a diverse product range, focusing on Educational Sector solutions.
Day-to-day of the role:
* Interact directly with customers to gather and analyse business requirements, ensuring alignment with our product portfolio.
* Lead the solution design process, defining solutions that integrate seamlessly across various products and services.
* Act as the primary interface between customers and internal teams, including product, development, and technical operations.
* Guide the development of new product functionalities or modifications to existing ones to meet customer requirements.
* Oversee User Acceptance Testing, ensuring customer expectations are managed and met.
* Define and deliver tailored end-user training based on project needs.
* Collaborate with a global network of Solution Architects and Pre-Sales Consultants to share insights and best practices.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
* Proven experience as a Solution Architect or in a similar role, ideally within the technology or Educational sector.
* Strong understanding of software and product development cycles, including Agile methodologies.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, capable of engaging with and influencing high-level stakeholders.
* Technical background, with experience in software development, business analysis, or operational support.
* Ability to work autonomously and make critical decisions that align with both customer needs and business objectives
