Job Title: Executive Chef and Operations Manager
We are recruiting an experienced leader who is passionate about delivering exceptional food and service, with a proven track record of overseeing operations for large-scale catering businesses.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee the day-to-day operations of our kitchens and service counters
* Lead a team of chefs, cooks, and support staff to deliver high-quality meals and excellent customer service
* Maintain high standards of health and safety, food quality, and customer satisfaction
* Manage inventory, supplies, and equipment to ensure efficient operations
* Develop and implement menus, recipes, and cooking methods to meet customer preferences
Requirements:
* Degree in Culinary Arts or related field
* Minimum 5 years of experience in senior culinary leadership roles
* Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
* Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
