This is a fantastic opportunity to manage a varied caseload of both residential and commercial property transactions, contributing to the success of a forward-thinking and client-centric organisation. You will work in a fast-paced environment where meeting targets and KPIs is paramount. Role Scope & Responsibilities: In this role, you will handle a range of property matters, primarily focused on commercial and residential transactions, ensuring that all work is completed in line with the firm's KPIs and service level agreements. Key Responsibilities: Manage your own caseload of residential and commercial property sales, purchases, and remortgages, ensuring timely completion of all matters. Deliver excellent client service in all communications, including telephone, email, and face-to-face interactions. Collaborate with solicitors, referrers, and professional organisations, ensuring smooth communication and meeting service level agreements. Utilise the firm's bespoke case management system and adhere to internal processes to ensure all actions are documented accurately. Consistently meet individual targets, contributing to team performance and the achievement of monthly completion goals. Attend regular training sessions, performance reviews, and team meetings to stay updated on industry trends and legal developments. Ensure full compliance with anti-money laundering legislation, CQS requirements, and SRA standards, maintaining the highest level of legal and regulatory compliance. Person Specification: Experience: Minimum 2 years' experience as a conveyancing fee earner, with applications from more senior candidates also considered. Proven track record of managing a varied caseload and meeting deadlines in a target-driven environment. Demonstrated ability to achieve individual performance targets and business KPIs. Strong client care skills, with excellent communication abilities across multiple platforms. Skills and Attributes: Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and adapt to changing priorities. A proactive and solutions-driven approach, thriving in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment. High attention to detail, coupled with strong problem-solving skills. Familiarity with modern, process-driven conveyancing practices, ensuring efficiency and compliance. Technical Competence: Proficient in Microsoft 365 (Excel, Outlook, Teams) and case management systems. Experience with online portals such as the Land Registry and SDLT. Strong understanding of conveyancing processes, with compliance knowledge in anti-money laundering, SRA, and CQS requirements. Why Join?
