You will support theDirectors in achieving their4-year goal ofreaching 6.5m turnover,yearly and will be responsible for new andgrowing existing sales in a specific product portfolio.
Your main duties andresponsibilities
* B2Bsales andgeneratingleads
* Identifying newbusinessopportunities
* Negotiatingand closingdeals
* Building andmaintaining customerrelationships
* Handlingsales issues
* Meetingand exceeding salestargets
* Maintainingsalesexcellence
* Attendingconferences
* Whenappropriate, sourcing and negotiating products forcustomers
* Liaise withoffice departments to set upcustomer'srequirements.
* Andother duties associated with therole
Qualifications&Experience
* Experiencein both SDR (Sales Development Representative) and BDM (BusinessDevelopment Manager)roles
* Strong coldcalling and prospecting skills are essential, as 60-70% of the rolewill involve SDRactivities
* 2-3 yearsof remote working salesexperience
* Negotiatingcomplex commercials and dealing with approvalprocesses
* Experiencewith modern sales techniques, lead generation, and familiarity withCRM systems like HubSpot would bebeneficial
* Mustbe adaptable and willing to learn about scientificproducts
* Strongrelationship-building skills and the ability to work in apartnership-oriented environment areessential
* Patientand understand the long-term nature of the sales cycle in thisindustry
