Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
3. Assist with all HR life cycle activities and maintain personnel records, including immigration and right-to-work information.
4. Prepare HR letters, employment contracts, and manage staff changes and communications.
5. Support HR Operations Manager with various HR projects and manage staff queries and expectations.
6. Use HR information systems to access, input, and compile data.
7. Review and update job descriptions.
8. Maintain compliance with employee right-to-work and immigration responsibilities.
9. Support the delivery of cultural initiatives and respond to employee engagement surveys.
The Successful Applicant
The Successful Candidate:
10. Degree qualified or equivalent HR experience.
11. Proven track record in a fast-paced, regulated environment.
12. Strong Microsoft Excel or Power BI skills.
13. Excellent attention to detail.
