1. Strategic Partner: Align HR with business goals through workforce planning, skills assessment, succession planning, learning, development, and promoting company culture.
2. Administrative Expert: Streamline and automate HR processes, including benefits, recruitment, safety, compensation, and employee record management.
3. Employee Champion: Enhance communication, foster engagement, support skill development, and ensure a collaborative and inclusive work environment.
4. Change Agent: Lead change initiatives by building understanding, adapting systems, monitoring progress, and maintaining focus on long-term improvements.
5. Operational Excellence: Oversee recruiting, training, performance management, policy compliance, budgeting, reporting, and employee recognition to drive HR effectiveness.
Essential Experience/Skills/Qualifications:
1. Extensive experience working within Human Resources Management
2. Embrace and actively support organizational change.
