So, are you the creative T alent Business Partner we need to build a strong talent pipeline and promote Grundon – a growing multi-site company with 850 employees – as employer of choice? What you'll be doing as Talent Business Partner You will join the super-supportive 14-strong People team at our modern Benson head office and work closely with hiring managers and our internal Marketing team, plus our Preferred Supplier list (PSL), Glassdoor and Indeed. Your focus will be on implementing innovative strategies to attract top talent, including head hunting, AI, social media, job boards and networking events. Digital know-how is essential in this role - you will use data and analytics, including Reach and Impressions, and Click-Through Rate (CTR) to measure the effectiveness of recruitment strategies and cost to hire, enabling you to make informed decisions. Ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the entire recruitment process, from initial contact to onboarding, is all part of the Talent Business Partner job. What you'll need • Degree in Human Resources or social media and digital marketing qualification. • 3 years of experience in either digital recruitment, digital marketing or talent acquisition. • The ability to create and work within brand and tone-of-voice guidelines. • Strong understanding of how to maximise reach in all recruitment platforms and utilise the digital talent market. • Proficiency in using recruitment software and tools including ATS platforms. • Full valid driving licence.
