Job Title: Room Leader Location: 9 Amity Grove, Raynes Park, Greater London, England, SW20 0LQ Salary: Up to £32,000 per annum Hours: 41.25 hours per week Reports to: Nursery Manager What You Bring: Passion and Expertise: A deep understanding of child development, Birth to 5 Matters, and the EYFS curriculum. Lead by Example: Inspire and guide your team, creating a positive and engaging learning environment for children. Qualifications: A Level 2 qualification in Childcare and either actively working towards a Level 3 or already holding a Level 3 qualification. Strong Communication Skills: The ability to engage with children, parents, and your team, providing clear and constructive feedback.
