Role Description
This is a part-time on-site role for an Education Training Coordinator located in Wembley. The role involves coordinating and managing training programs, ensuring smooth execution from planning to delivery. Key responsibilities include scheduling training sessions, liaising with instructors and participants, preparing training materials, conducting evaluations, and continuously improving program effectiveness.
Qualifications
* Experience in Training Coordination and Program Management
* Strong skills in Communication and Education
* Proficiency in Training strategies and techniques
* Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities
* Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
* Bachelor's degree in Education, Training, Business Administration, or related field is preferred
* Experience in educational institutions or training organisations is a plus
* Proficiency in foreign languages is appreciated
