Hawk 3 Talent Solutions are looking for an experienced Customer Service Administrator to work in a Fleet Sales team for a company based in Malton, North Yorkshire.
The Role
Dealing with national Fleet companies, it is essential that we deliver outstanding customer service. You will be used to speaking with customers over the phone, dealing with their enquiries and responding in a timely, accurate, and professional manner.
Duties
1. You will have a proven track record in administration.
2. Excellent computer skills and experience in delivering outstanding customer service.
3. Dealing with all aspects post-order including updating vehicle status, organising vehicle preparation, booking handovers, and organising delivery logistics.
4. Experience of Pinnacle will be an advantage.
