Executive Business Partner Location: UK, Kings Cross (3 Days onsite) Length: 6 months until 30th September Rate: £40.38 p/h (Inside IR35) Hours: 9am – 6pm Overview: As an Executive Business Partner, you'll support teams and projects by managing administrative and program management tasks. You’ll work closely with executives, leadership teams, and stakeholders to drive business goals and improve processes. Your role requires excellent communication, strong judgment, and a high level of confidentiality. Key Responsibilities: Administrative Support: Manage tasks like travel coordination, calendar management, expense reporting, and facilities coordination for executives and teams Program Management: Lead cross-functional projects and events, ensuring they align with business priorities and are completed successfully Project Management: Independently manage projects, handle risks, and find solutions to obstacles Event Planning: Organize internal and external events (e.g., team off-sites, business events, tech talks) and manage logistics like venues, equipment, and travel arrangements Collaboration: Work closely with internal and external teams to build strong relationships and trust. Communicate effectively with different stakeholders and leaders Scheduling & Travel: Organize meetings, manage calendars across time zones, and coordinate travel for executives and teams, ensuring everything runs smoothly Skills & Knowledge: Relationship Building: Develop trust and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels Meeting Management: Set agendas, lead meetings, and follow up on action items Travel & Expense Management: Handle travel bookings, expense reporting, and budgeting for executives Confidentiality: Understand and manage sensitive information appropriately Resource Planning: Support staffing and space management processes Event Planning: Design and execute events that align with business goals Clear Communication: Prepare clear and concise content and adapt communication to different audiences Facilities Coordination Calendar Management Expense Reports Additional Responsibilities: Space Management: Assess and manage office space needs and coordinate office moves Culture & Team Activities: Lead site-wide culture initiatives, including organizing activities and collaborating with leadership on team-building programs On-the-Go Support: Be available to support executives with urgent needs during travel and events Qualifications: Ability to juggle multiple tasks, manage complex schedules, and handle diverse requests Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Experience in managing budgets, coordinating travel, and executing large-scale projects
