A global operator within the Utilities industry is currently undergoing significant growth and adding talent across the business to help with the continued growth.
The business specializes in the manufacturing and service of pumps across a variety of industries.
They are currently looking for an Office Administrator to join the team on a permanent basis.
On offer is a salary of circa £35,000 plus benefits and significant opportunities to progress in the business.
Key Duties:
1. Ensure that orders are correctly entered into the SAP system once received.
2. Update SAP with correct information daily.
3. Negotiate price and delivery with vendors.
4. Work with vendors to ensure quality, delivery, and cost requirements are met.
5. Interact and provide repair status directly to customers.
6. Provide support for the Service Centre manager when required.
7. Raise overhead and framework purchase orders for cost centre.
8. Raise vendor purchase orders against active service work orders.
9. Invoice service orders upon completion.
10. Input & update Salesforce as required.
11. Ensure all filing is maintained & in good order.
12. Deal with all inquiries in a professional and courteous manner, in person, on the telephone, or via e-mail.
13. Administer the ordering and distribution of stationery requirements.
14. Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as required to support the service centre.
15. Carry out all work practices in line with Company H&S policy.
16. Ensure compliance with corporate policies & procedures.
