As an Assistant Headteacher, you will play a crucial role in shaping the educational and pastoral provision for students with Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs. Responsibilities:
Support the Headteacher in the strategic leadership and management of the school.
Lead on the development and implementation of policies and practices that promote high expectations and inclusion for all students.

Provide leadership and guidance to teaching and support staff, fostering a culture of collaboration and professional development.
