Job Title:
Accounts Assistant Maternity Cover
Contract type: Fixed term contract for up to 12 months (maternity leave cover)
Hours: 30 - 37.5 hours per week, (hours and days flexible)
Location: Remote working with up to 2 visits per month to our Head office in Cannock
Salary: £27,000 - £30,000 depending on skills and experience
Driving licence and access to a vehicle is essential.

What you'll get to do:
Accounts Transactional Support:
* Various consolidated billing processing.
Other Accounts Duties as required:
* Bank and cash account reconciliations.
* Intercompany journal for manual invoices.
* Prepayments.
* Accruals - cash transactions.
* HESL fixed assets.
* Central costs accrual.
* Rent review.
* Repairs and maintenance Opex / Capex review.
* Assets & depreciation posting.
* Bank payments.
* Ad hoc duties to assist the finance team.
What we're looking for from you:
* Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including VLOOKUP and pivot table standards.
* Minimum 2 months experience as an accounts assistant.
* AAT full or part qualified.
* Knowledge of SAGE Intacct preferred.
