Working as a Senior Sales Negotiator you will be responsible for securing new property listings, providing expert advice to sellers, and overseeing the sales process from appraisal to listing all the way through to securing a buyer and overseeing the progression of the sale.

As the Senior Sales Negotiator, your duties will include:
1. Conducting accurate property valuations to attract new listings.
2. Preparing and presenting professional property appraisals for potential sellers.
3. Advising clients on realistic pricing strategies based on current market trends.
4. Building and maintaining strong relationships with home-owners and vendors.
5. Providing expert advice on preparing properties for sale, including market presentations and staging.
6. To communicate regularly with clients to update them on the progress of their sale, feedback from viewings, and market changes.
7. Negotiating offers between buyers and sellers to secure successful sales.
