Job Duties:
* Provide support to students with learning difficulties or disabilities
* Assist in the implementation of Individual Education Plans (IEPs)
* Support classroom teachers in delivering tailored learning activities
* Help students develop social and independent living skills
* Monitor student progress and communicate with parents/guardians
Required Qualifications:
* Minimum of GCSEs in English and Maths
* Experience working with children or individuals with special educational needs
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work effectively in a team
Education:
Relevant qualification in Education or Special Educational Needs (SEN) desirable
Experience:
Prior experience in a similar role preferred
Knowledge and Skills:
* Understanding of different learning styles and needs
* Ability to adapt teaching methods to suit individual students
* Knowledge of relevant educational policies and procedures
Preferred Qualifications:
Certificate or Diploma in Supporting Teaching and Learning in Schools
Working Conditions:
* Work within a school environment
* Regular interaction with students, teachers, and parents
* Possible involvement in extracurricular activities or school events

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
