Customer Documentation Assistant – Food Industry
Location: Aylesford | Salary: £35,000 equivalent | 6-Month Temporary Role | Hybrid | Immediate Start
Are you experienced in customer documentation and have a background in the food industry? We’re looking for an immediate starter to join a leading food business in Aylesford on a 6-month temporary basis.
Key Responsibilities:
* Managing customer documentation, including Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS), customer statements, and site-based certificates
* Handling customer inquiries and providing support for technical requests
* Monitoring the customer inbox and tracking customer questionnaires
* Assisting with data accuracy and label information
* Supporting the R&D team with project-based tasks
What We’re Looking For:
* Experience in the food industry is essential
* Strong skills in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
