Key Responsibilities of the Assembly & Test Technician include: Prepare test specimens and assemble components for testing. Assist the Engineering Team with test execution, data acquisition, analysis and reporting. Follow established test and assembly procedures. Maintain and ensure the correct functioning of assembly tools and equipment. Identify opportunities for improving quality and efficiency. Package products for shipment to suppliers. Comply with all health and safety procedures. Undertake additional tasks as required to support business objectives. What They’re Looking For: Safety-conscious and diligent, with practical, hands-on experience in an industrial or workshop environment. High attention to detail in mechanical assembly tasks and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.). Knowledge or experience with hydraulics, pressurised systems, composite materials, precision data acquisition devices, or 3D CAD software is desirable. A-levels (or equivalent) in Maths, Physics, or a related subject; graduates looking to gain hands-on industry experience will be considered.
