Utilising both direct labour and subcontractors, Eco Approach visits over 10,000 properties per month across the UK carrying out a variety of services. This is split between a B2C element working on behalf of landlords and homeowners directly and a B2B model working with housing associations, energy companies, local authorities, government organisations, manufacturers, and managing agents.

The Role
The successful candidate will be working closely with the leadership team to provide valuable insight into the performance of the business.
Reporting directly to the Director of Operations, the successful candidate will be working closely with all divisions of the business to provide insight on P&L, Safety, and Operational performance.
Candidates will require significant experience in the use and development of PowerBi, Sharepoint, and Xero.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop our reporting suite to ensure correct data is captured and presented well in a self-serve environment (PowerBi).
* Build on our newly created Staff Intranet to ensure employee engagement targets are met.
* Create a robust compliance process and expiry report for documentation.
* Create a monthly report on business performance to report to the directors.
* Use our own bespoke owned CRM to develop systems and ensure data is correct.
Experience Required
* The ability to build PowerBi Reports and publish for self-serve understanding.
* Experience in creating Intranet pages for internal use.
* Experience in developing and documenting data solutions and principles with stakeholder input.
* Exceptional attention to detail, data accuracy skills, and analysis and modelling experience.
* Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with an exceptional ability to work with external and internal partners and stakeholders and liaise with diverse groups in order to coordinate and manage tasks.
* Have knowledge of Microsoft PowerApps and PowerPlatform.
* Experience with data models, database design development, data mining, and segmentation techniques.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
