Our client, an innovative consultancy, is looking to find a Marketing Manager to drive their growth strategy. THE ROLE OF MARKETING MANAGER: - Support the execution of marketing programs from start to finish, leveraging internal support and driving collaboration. - Support multi-channel lead generation programs across online channels, supporting growth of MQL’s, SQL’s and overall opportunity pipeline - Grow digital presence on social media (LinkedIn, Twitter) - Create content for social channels, website, blog, and email - Implement lead nurture email programmes, using marketing automation where necessary - Track, measure and report on all digital marketing campaigns against specified metrics. - Working collaboratively across the business to create joint marketing material - Develop an overarching content strategy and produce valuable and engaging content for blog and other social media channels - Identify, assess, and make recommendations on marketing opportunities (e.g. conferences, sponsorships, new technologies/tools) that contribute to overall business strategy - Analyse customer insights and behaviour, industry trends, and market analysis to support the build successful campaign strategies - Report to senior leadership team on marketing strategy, opportunities to consider, budget sensitivities, business impact, and return on investment THE IDEAL CANDIDATE FOR THE MARKETING MANAGER ROLE: - 3-5 years of experience in a marketing role for B2B platform and/or consulting services - Excellent communication skills and the ability to translate ideas into strategy - Strong written and verbal communication skills - A strong understanding of digital marketing channels and a willingness to learn new skills - Experience running multi-channel lead generation campaigns - Software / Tools experience: o Google Ads, Google Analytics o LinkedIn / Twitter PPC o HubSpot CRM and Email (bonus) o WordPress or similar CMS - Experience in creating lead nurture campaigns a plus - Events management experience
