Description
Aibidia is looking for an experienced and highly ambitious Talent Acquisition Specialist to own the end-to-end delivery of our recruitment process right from our first touchpoint with a candidate through to compliantly signing the contract. You will have a deep understanding of what it takes to hire exceptional individuals into a high-growth, fast-paced tech scale-up. You can expect to collaborate with Aibidia’s Mid and Executive level leaders to hire for roles across Engineering, Product, Data, Operations, and Subject Matter Experts, through organic applications as well as sourcing.
We are revolutionising cross-border business management with our SaaS platform, and need top-tier talent to contribute to the success in transforming how the large multinational companies manage transfer pricing processes. You will play a pivotal role in delivering an exceptional product to clients such as Nokia, Dyson, Bridgestone, and Olympus, to name a few.

You can work either from Aibidia’s HQ in Helsinki or our office in Liverpool Street in London.
Key Responsibilities
* Full-Cycle Recruitment: Proactively manage the recruitment process from gathering the requirements, posting the ad, sourcing, and interviewing through to making the final hire by signing the contract.
* Talent Sourcing: Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract top talent, especially in niche, complex roles such as Data Architects, Transfer Pricing Advisors, and Solutions Consultants.
* Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and provide guidance throughout the recruitment process.
* Candidate Experience: Ensure a seamless and positive experience for all candidates, from initial contact to onboarding.
* Employer Branding: Promote Aibidia’s employer brand through various channels, including social media pages such as Glassdoor, LinkedIn, Instagram, and local job pages.
* Data-Driven Decisions: Utilise recruitment metrics to assess and improve the effectiveness of recruitment strategies.
* Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and enhance recruitment processes to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
* Diversity and Inclusion: Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives within the recruitment process.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
* Proven experience in managing end-to-end recruitment processes, preferably in a high-growth, international tech scale-ups.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates and stakeholders.
* Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
* Full proficiency in written and spoken English.
* Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools, such as LinkedIn Recruiter.
* A proactive and results-oriented approach with a passion for identifying and securing top talent.
* Experience in employer branding and recruitment marketing.
