An exciting job role has recently become available in Oxfordshire. They are looking for a new member for their Adult Safeguarding team. This role offers a total of £38 for the contract duration.
Role Overview
* Crucial role in supporting vulnerable adults in the community

Key Responsibilities
* Assessments and Support Planning
* Coordinate services with health professionals and community resources
Safeguarding and Risk Management
* Promptly identify and respond to safeguarding concerns.
* Assess risks and implement interventions.
* Ensure safety and legal compliance.
Direct Work with Clients
* Provide emotional support, advocacy, and access to services.
* Facilitate group sessions to enhance social skills.
Collaboration and Multi-Agency Working
* Liaise with healthcare professionals, police, etc.
* Advocate for clients’ rights in multidisciplinary meetings.
Documentation and Record Keeping
* Maintain accurate case records and ensure compliance.
Qualifications and Experience
* Degree in Social Work or equivalent.
* Registration with Social Work England.
* Experience in adult social care.
* Knowledge of relevant legislation.
