Learning & Development Coordinator Location: Manchester About: Join a dynamic HR team at a leading international law firm, supporting with all people-related matters. Key Responsibilities: Manage the delivery of global learning programs, ensuring a positive experience for participants and facilitators. Supervise the Learning and Development administrator. Oversee the Learning and Development budget and invoicing process. Coordinate learning and development communications, keeping tools like Monday.com and the HR Intranet up to date. Oversee partner and employee onboarding processes and participate in welcome sessions. Create monthly reports on firm engagement in learning and ad hoc reports as requested. Coordinate the global professional qualification, membership, and external course process. Drive process improvements in the administration of learning and development programs. General Duties: Maintain high standards of service and assist in developing the professional reputation of the function.
