Cure Talent is proud to partner with a leading global medical organization at the forefront of healthcare innovation. As part of their continued growth, we are seeking skilled Maintenance Engineers to join their dynamic team in Witney.
About the Role
As a Maintenance Engineer, you will play a critical role in supporting high-volume manufacturing by conducting preventive maintenance, troubleshooting equipment breakdowns, and optimizing process performance. You will collaborate with the Projects Team to implement equipment modifications, ensuring efficiency is maintained within clean room and controlled environments.
Main Responsibilities:
* Perform routine maintenance and respond to equipment failures to ensure continuous manufacturing operations.
* Monitor equipment performance and provide technical input to maintain and improve process yields and efficiencies.
* Collaborate with the Projects Team to implement equipment changes and upgrades.
* Fault find and maintain bespoke automated equipment, continually improving systems and processes.
* Contribute to Continuous Improvement initiatives and maintain accurate records in line with stringent quality standards.
Requirements
* Engineering experience in a manufacturing environment, with skills in precision assembly setup, fault finding, and problem solving.
* Completion of a recognized Engineering apprenticeship or higher education qualification (ONC, HNC, HND, or degree).
* Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with peers and other departments.
* Maintain high standards of record keeping and adherence to quality systems.
* Experience with laser cutting, micro fluid deposition, vision systems, or regulated industries (pharma/medical devices) is advantageous but not essential, as full training will be provided.

What We Offer
A competitive salary of £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience.
