Your Duties
As a key member of the team, the Receptionist/Administrative Assistant will serve as the company’s first point of contact, responsible for welcoming guests, greeting visitors upon arrival, and providing direction and assistance as needed.
In addition, you will handle answering and redirecting phone calls, coordinate front-desk activities, distribute correspondence, and provide general administrative support across other areas of the business. This role requires a flexible, self-motivated individual who thrives in a dynamic and varied environment.
* Operation of Microsoft Teams for Business telephony system – internal and external calls
* Greet and register visitors to site
* Photocopying and scanning documents
* Visitor coordination - room booking and set up, order food/refreshments if required, and notify staff when visitors are arriving
* Manage employee uniform requests, including work boots
* Maintain stationery stock levels
* Manage the coordination of facilities management on site in Bristol
* Update the communication screen in the social room
* Manage company keys and lockers
* Coordinate the social Committee and organise events including the annual Christmas party
* Manage Christmas gifts – liaison, coordination & distribution thereof
* Provide all areas of the business with administration support as and when required
Note: This is a 4 day per week role - Monday to Thursday.

Your Profile
* Previous experience in Administration
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general IT skills
* Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal
* Flexible and positive attitude
* Accuracy and attention to detail
* Good organisational skills
