As part of our team, you’ll work directly under the Hard Services Supervisor, handling routine and reactive tasks across electrical and mechanical services. What you’ll do: Perform timely, professional maintenance and inspections on electrical equipment. Proactively identify, report, and resolve faults with facility services. Communicate with clients to uphold high service levels. Address health and safety matters and ensure legislative compliance. Manage on-site critical spares and maintain readiness. Be adaptable with task assignments and on-site attendance as needed. What you bring: City & Guilds 2382-12 (18th Edition) and ideally City & Guilds 2391 for Inspection & Testing. Completed formal electrical apprenticeship or NVQ Level 3 or equivalent. Relevant electrical building services experience with solid mechanical knowledge. Prior Competent Person (CP) role in Electrical Systems and HVAC experience. Familiarity with Health & Safety practices and legislation. Valid UK driving licence.
