Key Responsibilities:
* Proactively identify and generate new business leads through telesales and other outreach methods.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients, understanding their needs and presenting tailored solutions.
* Utilise industry databases to identify key opportunities and track market trends.
* Manage and update client information accurately using IT systems, including Microsoft Excel.
* Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to ensure alignment on lead generation strategies.
* Achieve and exceed lead generation targets to contribute to the overall growth of the business.
Experience Required:
* Previous experience in making outbound calls to customers and engaging potential clients would be highly beneficial.
* Ambitious and driven individual with a strong desire to develop their career within sales.
* Experience with industry databases is desirable. Familiarity with these platforms will be a significant advantage.
* IT and Excel literate is a must for data management and analysis.
* UK driving licence is necessary as the role may require occasional travel to meet clients and attend events.
