About the role
The purpose of this role is to provide guidance and support for care staff and residents. You’ll be vital in supporting the day to day running of the home, acting as a champion for residents’ safety, dignity and wellbeing. You will work to inspire, lead and be part of a team of carers and as a representative of Central Bedfordshire council, ensure the core values and beliefs are at the heart of everything you do. We want every individual we support to get the highest standard of care possible. By giving older people control in the quality of their life, we’re making Central Bedfordshire a great place to live for all. As a Team Leader you will need to have the skills in creating and following personalized care plans, understand risk assessment and ability to carry out the necessary safeguards while on shift.
