Objective/Position Purpose:
As one of our Business Development Managers, you'll be responsible for acquiring new business, achieving, and exceeding sales targets, as well as building great client relationships with your outstanding personality and five-star service! The Role:
Our new BDM will have a knack for identifying new potential Perfect Portal clients and be proactive in creating account plans with a variety of sales activities to secure the sale as well as keep a rolling pipeline of opportunities going. Online demonstrations of our innovative and cutting edge system will be a big part of your role, as well attending face-to-face events! So willingness to travel is a must.
We are looking for a proactive and energetic BDM with the following skills:
1. Sales: A flexible, self-motivated and target driven individual with ambition and determination to succeed. This person will ideally have some formal sales training, prior experience of B2B sales, strong questioning skills, ability to challenge the status quo and seek ‘win-win’ solutions. Bonus points for previous experience within the legal sector!
2. Customer Focus: This is the perfect position for those who love being the voice of their company, helping customers through the onboarding of Perfect Portal and subsequent handover to their Client Success Manager. Maintaining an engaging tone while seeking out professional feedback and resolving any issues in a timely manner with courtesy at all times - this is what we’re looking for!
3. Relationships: Someone who can utilize their five-star interpersonal styles in order to establish and develop effective long-term partnerships with clients and colleagues alike would fit particularly well within our exciting company culture!
