Job Description
We are seeking a friendly and empathetic Client Services Representative to join our team in Ipswich, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients and Care Professionals.
1. Serve as the primary point of contact for client enquiries via phone, email, and in person
2. Respond promptly and professionally to client requests and questions
3. Maintain accurate records on the care management system
4. Conduct consultations with propective clients completing all relavent paperwork including needs assesments and risk assesments.
5. Create client care plans ensuring all information is relavant and kept updated
6. Conduct qulity assurance visits and service reviews.
7. Introduce our Care Professional to new clients before start of service.
8. Complete any client care visits were needed
9. Take part in our out of hours oncall on a rota basis.
Qualifications
10. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly and concisely
11. Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric approach
12. Proficiency in using all relevant computer applications
13. Exceptional time management skills and the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
14. Keen attention to detail and accuracy in all aspects of work
15. Excellent listening skills and the capacity to empathise with clients
16. Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment
17. Strong team player with the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues across departments
18. Must have some previous experience within the care sector.

All applicants must reside in the Ipswich, Felixstowe or Woodbridge area and must have access to thier own vehicle.
