Female Support Worker/Driver Preston Lea (Google Maps on BRHW website take off) We have an exciting opportunity for a Female Support Worker / Driver to be part of our fantastic Supported Living service in Preston - Lea You will be provided a vehicle, and this role requires a manual driving license. Applicants must be positive, possess a can-do attitude, actively engaging with daily structured activities and have a genuine passion for providing effective support to a lady with Learning disabilities / PTSD / Trauma induced behaviours. You will need to get to know the individuals we support and contribute to the development of their person-centred plan, always seeking to meet the needs and wants of the individual. You will need to complete daily documentation as required along with maintaining a friendly and professional approach. You will need to have experience and a good understanding of managing challenging and complex behaviours. Ideally you will have experience of working with adults who have a lower cognitive age. Previous experience of Support Worker is required but full training is also provided.
