Chase overdue payments from clients and vendors, maintaining accurate records of all communications. Administer payroll, ensuring all documentation is accurate and compliant with relevant legislation. Coordinate and manage the finance team, ensuring all tasks are carried out efficiently and in accordance with company procedures. Handle invoicing processes, including managing purchase orders and ensuring all invoices are issued and followed up promptly. Provide financial reports and analysis to senior management to support decision-making processes. Required Skills & Qualifications: Proven experience in a finance role, ideally within a fast-paced environment Strong proficiency in Excel, with the ability to perform complex data analysis, reporting, and manage spreadsheets effectively. Experience in financial management, including payment processing, invoicing, and managing accounts payable and receivable. Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
