We are looking for a fun, engaging, patient, and adaptable individual to join our team as an Early Years Inclusion Practitioner. About the Role As part of our team, you will work closely with the Group Lead to support the daily running of a small group. Your responsibilities will include: Contributing ideas to planning engaging and developmentally appropriate activities. Setting up activities that inspire curiosity, exploration, and play. Modelling play and interaction to support children’s social and communication skills. Supporting children in both indoor and outdoor learning environments. Being a key supporting adult during group times, helping to create a calm and structured experience. What We’re Looking For We need someone who: Has a genuine passion for working with autistic children. Is adaptable and patient, with a positive and encouraging approach. Enjoys working as part of a team to create a nurturing learning environment. Is eager to learn— specialist training will be provided on all our approaches.
