The Role
As a Receptionist / Office Administrator, you will ensure the smooth running of our client's daily operations by assisting with a range of administrative tasks.
In this essential role, you will manage sign-in sheets, update tenant details, maintain their files digitally and physically, and handle mainline calls to address any queries.
You will also update Salesforce leads and contacts, track repairs, and coordinate appointments seamlessly through Team Up.
Additionally, You Will
* Send service charge reminders to tenants via text message
* Collect and distribute post
* Check and verify deliveries
* Carry out support work with tenants
About You
To be considered as a Receptionist / Office Administrator, you will need:
* Previous administrative experience
* Competency in MS Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
* Strong verbal and written communication skills
* The ability to plan, use initiative, and prioritise your workload
* GCSE-level education or equivalent
The closing date for this role is 3rd March 2025.
