Facilities Receptionist/Assistant

Contract: Temporary to Permanent Opportunity
We now have an exciting opportunity for a Facilities Receptionist/Coordinator to join one of our major client's teams within the FM sector based in the Bridgend area on a temporary to permanent basis for the right person.
Shifts:
Monday to Friday - 7:30am - 4:00pm
Role Responsibilities:
1. Opening the office each morning.
2. Reviewing the office and setting it up for the day (e.g., filling coffee machines, spot checks on cleaners, turning air conditioning on, health & safety checks, checking for leaks in the toilet, etc. - could set up a checklist for these).
3. Raising jobs for repairs and maintenance.
4. Ordering office supplies and cleaning equipment.
5. Welcoming and signing in staff external to Bridgend, including executives, visitors, and contractors, and escorting them around the site or between office spaces as required.
6. Front of house first point of contact and managing the intercom.
7. Room booking, hotel booking, and travel booking (e.g., taxis, hospitality bookings for visitors, leadership team).
8. Managing incoming and outgoing post.
9. General office support (e.g., scanning invoices, forwarding to other internal departments like accounts payable).
10. Covering phones.
11. Supporting in the planning of charitable and team events.
The Ideal Candidate:
1. Facilities, Reception, or Concierge background preferred.
2. Willing to go the extra mile.
3. Excellent customer service skills.
4. Excellent IT skills.
5. Excellent attention to detail.
