12-month Contract - Billings Administrator
Location: Holt, up to £29,000 (Full Time)
Keeler Recruitment are delighted to have partnered with this prestigious organisation who are looking to appoint a Billings Administrator on a contract basis for 12 months, ideally for someone to join them by January 2024.
You will be joining a small finance team, reporting to the Finance Director on a day-to-day basis, working onsite and full-time hours.
The position will involve supporting with:
1. Maintaining billings accounts and ensuring all information is accurate
2. Processing any adjustments
3. Reconciling to the nominal ledger
4. Reconciling month-end
5. Chasing up overdue debts and creating aged debt reports
6. Processing direct debits
7. Reconciling leavers' accounts
8. Processing bank reconciliation
Ideal Candidate: Must have current proven experience gained within a similar role, AAT Qualified or equivalent, and knowledge of Xero/Sage/Ernie or similar accounting package.
This is an excellent opportunity to join this friendly and supportive team, on a full-time basis, with onsite parking (own transport is essential) and daily free lunch and a 1-hour lunch break.
