Your Role And Responsibilities
As a Family Support Practitioner in our team, you will:
* bring your knowledge, skills and experience to support and engage with children, young people and their families to listen to them and enable them to make changes.
* empower families to identify their support networks and set goals towards positive outcomes.
* work with families, schools and agencies to collaborate with them to safeguard children and young people
* work in partnership with social care to complete bespoke packages of support and planned family time for children and their parents who are currently open to Children in Need (CIN), Child Protection (CP) and Children in Care (CIC) planning.
You will need
* Transferable skills and experience from previous roles working with children and families
* A willingness to learn and develop within this role
* Professional curiosity also awareness of the challenges faced by children, young people and their families.

We are currently working in a hybrid way with regular days in the office and for team meetings.
