PSD is an international organisation providing executive recruitment services to clients across a range of industry sectors.
This is an exciting opportunity for a very efficient, organised and enthusiastic PA to provide secretarial support to our team of well-established recruitment consultants. We offer a flexible working environment, and the role will require you to work from our London office 3 days per week (Mon, Tues and Thurs) with the remaining 2 days remotely. The role will include the following duties and responsibilities:
* Providing support to a team of consultants, managing and co-ordinating the day-to-day administrative duties for the team.
* Managing daily incoming CV’s, registering on the CRM, reformatting and coding as required.
* Assisting in preparation of presentation documents, assignment briefs, proposals, shortlists and marketing material.
* Posting job adverts onto a variety of external websites.
In this responsible role you will need to gain an understanding of the company's services and have the confidence and diplomacy to communicate effectively with directors, senior business executives and clients in a variety of circumstances. Working in a small team, and reporting to one of our Managing Directors, you will be supporting volume recruitment activity across the Hospitality, Leisure & Sport sector. You must be able to juggle conflicting demands, plan ahead to anticipate needs and have proven ability to handle sensitive information with utmost discretion.
Successful applicants must be highly organised with a meticulous approach and attention to detail. The role is very service-driven so excellent administrative skills and the ability to meet deadlines are also required. Previous experience of administration in a busy environment is desirable.
