This role will bring together customer, commercial and marketing strategies along with the latest shopper insights and trends in order to develop commercial & marketing briefs that form the basis of our marketing campaigns. As our GTM Manager, you’ll be responsible for defining the scope of the campaigns, influencing the response to the briefs to ensure that the right messages & products reach the right audiences across key channels. These campaigns will vary in scale from big corporate beauty campaigns, seasonal events and innovation launches right through to one off events & activations. They'll also showcase the best of our Boots portfolio from the range of products, brands, services and expertise we offer all at competitive prices. Integrate Commercial and Marketing Plans: Lead the alignment of commercial and marketing teams, ensuring that both strategies complement and reinforce each other. Collaborate to create integrated, cohesive plans that drive revenue, profit, customer engagement, and brand positioning. Craft Innovative GTM Strategies: Lead the charge in creating game-changing go-to-market strategies for new products and services, making sure they stand out in a rapidly growing marketplace. Market Research and Trendspotting: Stay ahead of the curve by identifying emerging trends, consumer needs, and new technologies. Use insights to bring fresh, inventive solutions to market that resonate with our diverse customer base. Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with Product Development, Marketing, Merchandising, Operations, and Customer Experience teams to align on launch plans, ensuring a smooth product rollout both in-store and online. Performance tracking: Track the performance of your strategies and campaigns, using data to continuously improve. What you’ll need to have Strong Communication Skills: Excellent ability to develop and communicate compelling messaging for a wide variety of audiences, both internal and external. Creativity and Innovation: We need someone who thrives on thinking outside the box. Bring bold, new ideas to the table that will make a real impact on how we go to market. Strategic and Creative Thinker: You can combine creativity with strategic thinking, ensuring your innovative ideas are supported by solid data and designed for maximum impact. Drive and Enthusiasm: You’re energized by challenges and always looking for new ways to innovate. You thrive in fast-paced environments and are passionate about delivering results. Experience: 4 years in Go-to-Market strategy, product management, marketing, buying or a related role, with a strong understanding of both retail and e-commerce dynamics. Prior experience in the health and beauty sectors also preferred but not essential.
