Main duties of the job
The position is part time and would be for 2 days per week (days to be confirmed). The main duties will include all aspects of a treatment room role which includes Cervical screening, Childhood vaccinations, Adult vaccinations, Travel Health, Women's health (hrt, contraception), Phlebotomy and ECG's. Ideally, we would like someone who specializes in Asthma/COPD to be able to look after our Respiratory patients.
Other duties would include working closely with the nursing team to maintain infection prevention and CQC requirements.
About us
We are a busy training practice caring for 8600 patients based in Olton, Solihull. We have 5 GPs and other additional staff who work well together and provide a good service to our patients. You would be joining our nursing team which consists of a lead nurse, treatment room nurse, HCA, and a phlebotomist to provide a full comprehensive service to our patients.
Job responsibilities
Treatment Room Duties are essential, and an interest in Asthma and COPD would be preferred to be able to look after our Respiratory patients and perform annual reviews.
