You will be a key point of contact for patients throughout their care. We offer career opportunities for both newly qualified and experienced registrants who hold an NMC registration and are passionate about delivering high-quality, patient-centered care in a friendly, professional setting.
There will be opportunities for rotations across Community and Acute hospitals to develop and enhance your clinical experience and skills, along with continued professional development through our in-house practice development programme and external academic courses within universities.
The post holder will be responsible for the assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of evidence-based nursing care. They will work collaboratively with team members, motivated to meet the needs of patients and their families, and to develop meaningful relationships.
Clinically, you'll be supported to become competent in connecting and disconnecting parental nutrition and will receive training to maintain infection control at all times. You will empower patients to feel comfortable managing their own care where possible. You will liaise with your team to share ideas on best practices.
The ability to speak Welsh is desirable; English and/or Welsh speakers are equally welcome to apply.
