Due to company growth and ongoing success, this firm is seeking an experienced Customer Service Administrator to join their modern and spacious offices in Swinton. Responsibilities include:
1. Handling inbound calls from customers and understanding their requirements.
2. Providing detailed, bespoke quotes and processing orders into the system.
3. Coordinating with the design and installation teams to arrange delivery and fitting.
4. Serving as the main point of contact for customers, addressing queries regarding deliveries.
To succeed in this role, you should have a strong background in customer service, preferably in quoting and order processing. Own transport is required due to the location.
